Check-in is FROM 2 pm onwards.
Check-out is LATEST at 9.30 am.
On availability you may check in earlier or check out on a later time.
Bed linen:
Please bring your own duvet/pillow cover, fitted sheet and towels!

Free WiFi:
Wifi is available although there can be interferences/unstable connection due to the geographic location. Please use the nature as your Wifi. Thanks
for your understanding.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome but please let me know in advance if you would like to bring your family dog. An additional fee of 25 €/stay will occur.
Children:
Children up to 2 years of age are free off charge.
Children under 15 years of age do not have to pay a guest tax fee.
Payments:
Cash payment during your stay or
Payment in advance via bank transfer 14 days before your arrival.
Cancellation conditions:
- 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement price
- 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement price
- Within the week of your arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement price
- Please refer to the specific applied cancellation conditions if you book through an external booking platform (e.g. Booking.com etc.)
- It is advisable to purchase a travel insurance.
- The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry do apply (AGBH 2006).
