 ADDITIONAL COSTS have to be paid during your stay:

• Final cleaning 120 €
• Guest tax/person/night is 2,45 € (no guest tax apply to children under 15 years of age)
• Electricity summer 7 €/day      
• Electricity winter 10 €/day

• Dogs 25 €/stay
• Short stay surcharge up to 2 nights is 20 % and up to 3 nights is 15 %
• Long stay reduction from 14 nights is 10%

 Cancellation conditions:   

• 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement price
• 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement price
• Within the week of your arrival: 90 % of the booked arrangement price
• Please refer to the specific applied cancellation conditions if you book through an external booking platform (e.g. Booking.com etc.) 
• It is advisable to purchase a travel insurance.
• The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry do apply (AGBH 2006).
